Booking your group
Everything starts on our booking page. Once you've booked, a member of our team reaches out within 24 hours to confirm the details.
On our booking page, select the Services tab.
Under category, select Group Booking.
Select the option that fits your guest size.
Book your appointment to reserve your spot.
Groups of 4 or more. Book at least 1 week ahead (2–3 weeks for weekends and December).
What we can arrange
Group Perks
The bigger the party, the better it gets. Every guest who books a hand service and a foot service unlocks your group's perks.
Groups of 4–5
- A welcome toast for every guest (21+)
- A collagen hand mask for everyone
- 5-hour validated parking for every guest who spends $100+ in cash
Groups of 6–7
Everything above, plus:
- A free matte, jelly, or special top coat upgrade for every guest
- Free nail art (up to $15 value) for the guest of honor
Groups of 8+
Everything above, plus:
- An extra 5 minutes of massage for every guest
- Golden Hour fee waived for private early or late bookings
To qualify, each guest must book a hand service (manicure or nail set) and a foot service (pedicure). Group size counts qualifying guests only. The welcome toast is for guests 21+ and served during business hours only. Parking validation applies to guests who spend $100+ in cash. Perks have no cash value.
The Golden Hour
Want the salon to yourselves, or need us beyond our usual hours? We'll open early or stay late by request. A Golden Hour fee applies for extended or private timing.
The details
Group bookings work a little differently from a single appointment. Here's exactly what to expect.
After you book, our team reaches out within 24 hours to confirm. Requests aren't guaranteed until confirmed.
A credit card holds all group appointments, with a deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is charged on the day of your booking. Advance payment may be required for services totaling $80+ per guest. A 20% service fee is added to all group bookings, calculated on the full service total.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any change, including guest count. With notice, your deposit carries to your new date. Within 48 hours, your deposit is retained. No-shows may be charged up to 50%.
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate. Shortened services due to late arrival are charged at the scheduled rate.
Light food and drink are permitted with advance notice for standard bookings. Anything is welcome for private events.
